Real Estate Sales/Rental

Project Brief: Needed is a website that people can post up their real estate property to sell. It will be a mix between www.realestate.com.au and www.ebay.com.au.

Scope: People selling or renting their property will go through the following steps;
1. Register a username
2. Upload photos of their property
3. Enter description, price & contact details
4. Choose marketing, each with a cost which is added to the total listing price like eBay.
5. Review & Submit

Registered Users will be able to;
- modify their listings
- get an update of how many hits they have in bar graph form
- receive enquiries through our website then posted to the user's email
- post home opens in the Home Open page, which will list the properties with home opens and the date & time.

Admin Users;
- add or remove banner advertising
- banner ad click counter & cost per click
- receive enquiries (contact form and finance enquiries)
- Master admin has unlimited access while additional admin will have limited access restricted by master admin.

Website MUST have a checkout with multiple payment options (paypal, credit card processing).
