Replicating another website

I am looking for someone who can replicate this website with different front end graphics, of course. http://www.aucsio.com/ You have to design the graphics and configure the whole site. Please bid accordingly. I do not have a membership to the site. I know that this is vague, but I will update the listing once I see the type of offers I am recieving.
