This website will be very similar to http://www.freepayingsurveys.com/. I'm looking for someone who can clone of this site or better.

Must requirements:

+ Good graphic and website design
+ Sub id ( I can use a variable like %email% when i add a campaign link. By the way i can know who has completed the offer. Example: When i add link:
http://abc.com/%email% or http://abc.com/....0&l=0&o=%email%&p=0. Then if a visitor click on this link, %email% will be replaced by visitor's email.
http://abc.com/vistior's email or http://abc.com/%email% or http://abc.com/....0&l=0&o=vistitor's email&p=0
+ Administration page to add/edit campaigns ( I can move campaign from active category to inactive and reverse)
