Web Design

I'm looking for an expert designer to spice up our website. The site is a search engine and the homepage is currently very simple (google like). I'd like to continue to keep it very clean and simple, and yet, eye catching. Additionally, I'd like to incorporate about 5 thumbnail images within the homepage and need a way to include this without making the site look busy. So, I'll need suggestions on what the size should be. I'd like 5-10 concepts that will incorporate new looks with the current theme w/ the 5 thumbnails. The concepts do not have to be polished, only the chosen and final one can be polished up. Please PMB with your best quality design work.
